Lets discuss how to connect Printful With Shopify. Shopify is one of the worlds leading eCommerce platforms. Part of its success is its ease of use and its ability to link to hundreds of third party services via its app store.
Making a print on demand store on the Shopify platform is made much easier with due to the supplier integrations. Printful is just one of a number of print on demand suppliers that easily and automatically integrate with your store.
This means when an order is placed, it is automatically send to Printful without you having to do anything, They will print your design on the chosen merchandise and ship it to your client. It works very similar to drop shipping.

Shopify & Printful
If you are already running an online store using Shopify then you can integrate it with Printful. This will allow you to start selling customized merchandise to your customers such as T-Shirts, Mugs and Posters.
You can create your own merch designs and decide what to charge for them. Printful is one of the leading print on demand providers and has a wide variety of POD items.
One of the benefits of connecting Shopify with Printful is control. You are completely in control of your customers. You take care of all customer service and can build an email list of past customers to market to.
Start Selling Print On Demand Merchandise With Shopify
Selling your own custom merchandise on Shopify has never been easier. Printful will let you print one off items on demand and ship worldwide. It can all be fully automated and linked using an app with your Shopify e-commerce store.

Six Easy Steps To Link Shopify With Printful
Time needed: 15 minutes
So these steps are assuming that you already have a Shopify site set up.
Setting up a Shopify website is a massive subject on its own so I wont be covering it here.
If you have not yet set up your Shopify site, head over to Shopify and register for a free trial HERE.
- Register For A Printful Print On Demand Account
So in this guide we are going to be using my favorite print on demand provider Printful. There are other providers that also link with Shopify such as Printify.
For the first step head over to the Printful website by clicking HERE and set up your new account. Its is completely free to register and there are no monthly fees or upload fees. You only pay if you sell one of your designs for the manufacturer and shipping. - Get The Printful App
Once you have registered for Printful you now need to install the app. Log into your Shopify site and head over to the Shopify app store. Search for Printful and install the free app. This will allow you to add products to your store that will automatically send to Printful. - Connect Your Store
Head back over to the Printful website and select 'Stores' from the top menu bar. Then select 'Choose Platform'.
Under the Shopify logo press connect and follow the instructions. - Add Products
If you already have products listed on Printful you can import them over by clicking 'Add' and then 'Sync'.
If you are new to Printful then you can design new products using their handy mockup generator. - Configure Products On Shopify
Once you have submitted your products on Printful you need to head back over to Shopify. Go to the product section and just make sure that your items have all the correct settings such as Category, Section and SEO information. - Sit Back and Watch The Orders Roll In
Right you are all done, any orders made via your Shopify store will automatically be sent to Printful who will print it and ship it direct to your customer.
