Teespring and Printful are both very different types of merchandise printing partners and are not a like for like comparison.

Teespring
So Teespring is an easy way to start uploading designs and selling merchandise like T-shirts and Stickers. They provide you with a storefront and you can start promoting your items very quickly.
They take care of everything else from printing, shipping and customer service. All you have to do is promote your items online via ads, social media or your existing audience.
Its very much a hands off platform designed to make print on demand very easy. However you have very little control over your listings and what profit you make.
It also doesn't let you create your own listings with popular marketplaces like Amazon or Etsy.
They do have a feature called their "Boosted Network" that can bring in organic sales but you have no control over this.
A unique feature they have is called the YouTube Merch Shelf. The YouTube link up allows creators to display their merchandise directly under their videos.
In my opinion there are better print on demand platforms to be putting your time and effort into. Teespring will not get you many sales from their own organic traffic like you would on Redbubble or Teepublic.
My preference is to use Printful to list my designs on Etsy or Amazon.
